LEXINGTON STYLE DIP 
3 c. apple cider vinegar
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Texas Pete
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet browning sauce

Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil, then turn down to low heat and simmer until sugar melts. Let sit for several hours before serving over barbecue.
