MUSHROOM CHICKEN 
4 skinless chicken breast
Worcestershire sauce
1 can condensed mushroom soup
butter
Salt & pepper

Peel the skin from the chicken breast. Rub with butter. Sprinkle heavily with the Worcestershire sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Spoon the condensed soup over the chicken and bake for an additional 10 minutes. r TACO BAKE

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (15 oz.) can hot chili with beans
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. coarsely crushed corn chips, divided
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef and onion in skillet; drain. Combine in a bowl the ground beef and onion mixture with the chili with beans, tomato sauce, tomato paste, chili powder and salt. Microwave at High 6 to 8 minutes or until heated and flavors are blended.

Sprinkle 1 cup corn chips in an 8"x8" baking dish. Spoon meat mixture over chips. Top with remaining corn chips. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave at High 1 to 2 minutes, or until cheese melts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
