HOT FUDGE SUNDAE TOPPING 
3 sq. unsweetened baking chocolate
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 can (6.5 oz.) evaporated milk

In the top of double boiler melt chocolate and butter. Blend in evaporated milk. Stir in powdered sugar until completely dissolved and smooth. Serve immediately over ice cream. Store in refrigerator.
