CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans
1 stick butter

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes in loaf pan.

FIRST LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar

Beat together and spread over crust.

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. Cool Whip

Spread this over the first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

2 pkgs. vanilla instant pudding

Mix according to directions on the package, but use 1 1/2 cups milk per box. Pour the pudding mixture over the second layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

Spread Cool Whip over the pudding. Cover the top of dessert completely.
