1 lb. sweet potatoes
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 glass brandy
1 tbsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. cinnamon
4 eggs, separated
1 lemon, juice & rind, grated

Boil and mash sweet potatoes. Add ingredients. Beat 5 minutes. Pour into pie shell and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 6 servings.
