CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

3/4 c. ground graham crackers
1/2 c. ground Ritz crackers
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix and press all the crust ingredients into a deep pie plate or springform pan. Bake 5 minutes at 350 degrees.

3 pkgs. of Philadelphia cream cheese (8 oz.)
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped up chocolate chips

Pour into the crust a mixture of cream cheese, eggs, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and chocolate chips. Bake 1 hour or until it cracks (350 degrees).
