ZUCCHINI FRIES 
1-2 zucchini, cut in wedges
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 egg
1/3 c. milk

Blend all ingredients except zucchini. Dip zucchini in mixture. Roll in mixture of crushed cornflakes and Parmesan cheese. Fry quickly to golden brown. Drain. Serve hot.
