MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 med. bag tostitos chips
1 lg. can Sue Bee chicken
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Mash chips in a large casserole dish. Pour canned chicken and liquid over chips. In a separate bowl heat in microwave: soup, rotel tomatoes and Velveeta cheese until Velveeta is completely melted. Stir well. Pour over chicken and chips. Bake at 400 degrees until bubbling and brown around the edges.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
