MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
1 med. bag tostitos chips 1 lg. can Sue Bee chicken 1 can rotel tomatoes 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup 1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese Mash chips in a large casserole dish. Pour canned chicken and liquid over chips. In a separate bowl heat in microwave: soup, rotel tomatoes and Velveeta cheese until Velveeta is completely melted. Stir well. Pour over chicken and chips. Bake at 400 degrees until bubbling and brown around the edges. |
