4TH OF JULY SALAD 
1/3-3/4 box mostachioli pasta
4 oz. green beans
Sm. cucumber, peel & cube
Lg. ripe tomato, chopped
1/2 lb. hams (i.e. Virginia baked), dice
1/2 lb. turkey, dice
1/2 c. cubed sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. black olives, halved

Mix.

In separate bowl: 7 tbsp. red wine vinegar 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. Kyon pepper 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Mix and pour over solid ingredients.
