MYRA'S LEMON DESSERT | |
40 Ritz crackers, crushed 1 stick butter, melted Mix together and pat in 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat 4 egg whites, when foamy, add 1/2 teaspoon vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar. Gradually add 1 cup sugar then beat until stiff. Spoon onto crumb crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until browned like pie meringue. Cool. Spread 1 can Wilderness Lemon pie filling on top. Spread with 8 oz. carton of Cool Whip (thawed). Refrigerate. |
