CHICKEN SANDWICHES 
2 c. chicken, cut up
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken gravy
1 can sliced water chestnuts
24 slices bread
4 beaten eggs
2-3 tbsp. milk
Crushed potato chips

Mix together the chicken, onion, soup, gravy and water chestnuts. Spread on 12 slices of bread; put other slice of bread on top and place in a baggie and freeze.

Dip whole frozen sandwich into mixture of beaten eggs, milk and potato chips. Place on greased cookie sheets and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Yield 12 sandwiches.
