1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus devil's food cake mix
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. cold prepared mashed potatoes
1/2 c. water
3 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts

1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
