CREAM CHEESE PUFF 
2 lg. cans crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk (save white)
1 tsp. vanilla

In greased 13 x 9 pan, press 1 can crescent rolls, pinching seams together. Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla. Spread over roll in pan. Cover with other can of crescent rolls, pinching seams. Beat egg white. Spread over top of crescent roll. Sprinkle sugar and nuts (about 1/2 cup) on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
