1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Mix ingredients until lumpy. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in glass pie plate and coat bottom. Bake 20 minutes in preheated oven at 425 degrees or until raised and golden brown. Serves 1 or 2. Spices may be varied to your taste. Can be served and eaten right from the pie plate.
