KUGELIS - POTATO PUDDING 
6 lb. white potatoes
6 eggs, slightly beaten
3 tsp. salt
12 oz. can Milnot milk
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. fatty bacon
1 very lg. onion, chopped

Dice bacon and fry until almost crisp. Add chopped onion and saute until golden. Set aside. Peel and grate potatoes.

Add eggs, salt and milnot. Add bacon and onion to the potato batter and mix well.

Pour into a greased baking dish.

Place into preheated oven at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Lower oven to 350 degrees and bake about 1 1/2 hours or until edges are crispy brown.

Serve with sour cream.
