TURTLE CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines German chocolate cake mix
14 oz. bag caramels
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. chocolate chips
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 stick butter

Melt caramels, Eagle Brand milk and butter; set aside to cool. Mix cake as directed. Pour 1/2 cake mix in greased and floured 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool 12 minutes. Spread caramel mix. Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans. Cover with other 1/2 of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
