SHRIMP MOLD 
3 pkgs. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can tomato soup
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. sweet pickles, chopped
1/4 c. onions, minced
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 egg, boiled & finely chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2-2 1/2 c. shrimp, boiled, seasoned & diced
1 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. parsley, finely chopped

Dissolve the gelatin and water; set aside. Heat cheese and soup until blended. Add gelatin and blend. Add egg and simmer until all ingredients are well blended. Mix the remainder of the ingredients in a large bowl. Pour the heated mixture over the combined ingredients and mix well. Pour into a 5 cup fish mold. Refrigerate.
