DOLE AMBROSIA 
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks
1 can mandarin orange segments
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 c. seedless grapes
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/4 c. chopped almonds, optional
1 (8 oz.) vanilla yogurt

Drain pineapple and oranges. (Use the juice as a beverage.) Combine pineapple, oranges, bananas, grapes, marshmallows, coconut and almonds. Fold in yogurt. Garnish with strawberries if desired. Chill. Serves 4-6. Takes 15 minutes to prepare.
