HOMESTYLE POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes
1 onion
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 stick butter
Salt
Pepper
1 can English peas

Peel potatoes and boil with onion until tender. Drain and mash with butter. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in chicken broth. Warm English peas, drain liquid and gently add to mashed potatoes. Serve in pretty glass bowl.
