MUESLI 
2 1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/4 c. bran
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. dried figs or dates, chopped

Combine ingredients and place in an airtight plastic container or bag. Serve plain or as a cereal with yogurt or milk. 10 servings.
