1 head lettuce 1 frozen peas 3 boiled eggs, chopped 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 6-8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise 3 tsp. sugar on top Cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir before serving. |
