ZUCCHINI & CORN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
2 cans (16 oz.) cream corn
3-6 sm. zucchini
1/2 stick butter
1/2 stick melted butter
4 beaten eggs
1 c. milk

Wash and thinly slice the zucchini. Stream or gently fry zucchini in 1/2 stick butter. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
