ZUCCHINI AND CORN CASSEROLE 
3 c. sliced zucchini
2 c. corn cut from cob
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chili
1/2 c. shredded cheese
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. each salt and garlic salt

Steam zucchini until tender, drain and combine zucchini, corn and cheese. Beat eggs with salts and stir into the vegetables. Turn into greased shallow baking dish, sprinkle with more cheese. Bake uncovered 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until liquid is set. 6 servings.
