NO CHOLESTEROL ORANGE POUND CAKE 
1 3/4 c. unsifted flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. corn oil
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. orange juice
4 egg whites

Grease and flour bottom of 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" loaf pan. In large mixer bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add corn oil and orange juice. Beat at medium speed until smooth. Add rind. In small bowl beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites into flour mixture. Turn into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool 10 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
