STRAWBERRY OR PEACH JAM 
5 c. fruit
4 c. sugar

Boil 5 minutes. Add 1 large Jello, depends on fruit as to kind. Boil 3 minutes.

Add: 1 pkg. Certo or Sure Jell

Boil 2 1/2 minutes. Skim off and seal with paraffin. Add 1/2 tsp. butter - will keep foam from forming.
