ALABAMA CHICKEN 
1 stick butter
1 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
4-6 breasts, deboned chicken
Cooked fettucini

Melt butter in saucepan. Add vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar; mix well. Use this sauce to baste chicken as you broil it in oven or on charcoal grill. Cook until done.

To remaining sauce that has been reheated to a boil. Remove from heat and whip in 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Place chicken on top of cooked fettucini. Pour sauce over chicken and fettucini and serve.
