BUSY DAY STEW 
2 lbs. beef, roast, round, or stew meat
8 carrots
4 potatoes
1 c. celery
16 oz. tomatoes, canned
3 med. onions
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. Minute tapioca

Place all ingredients in a large covered pan; do not brown meat first. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours.
