ZITI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ziti noodles
1 lb. ground beef
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. parsley
32 oz. spaghetti sauce
1 egg
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. Mozzarella, shredded

Cook ziti; drain. Brown beef; drain off fat. Stir in half of sauce, Ricotta, Parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Toss with ziti. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with remaining sauce and Mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through.
