WAIKIKI SAUCE 
4 tbsp. cornstarch
2 (13 1/2 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
Juice from 2 cans of pineapple
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Cooked pork or chicken, chunked

Mix cornstarch and brown sugar. Add pineapple juice, vinegar and soy sauce. Heat to boil on medium heat until sauce thickens. Take off heat and add pineapple. Add pork or chicken chunks. Serve over rice. If sauce becomes too thick, add a little water to thin it down.
