KOREAN SPARERIBS 
4 lb. spareribs
3/4 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. sherry
1 tsp. ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c. sesame seeds

Place spareribs in Dutch oven; cover and bake in 350°F oven for 1 hour. Drain off fat.

Combine rest of ingredients and marinate ribs for 30 to 60 minutes. Place ribs in single layer in shallow pan. Brush with marinade.

Bake in 400°F oven for 20 minutes. Brush with marinade several times while baking.
