4 med. eggs, boiled and diced
1/2 c. diced onion
1 tbsp. sweet relish, optional
2 tbsp. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
Salt and pepper

Mix together above ingredients. Serve cold with sliced tomatoes on a bed of lettuce or on sandwiches.
