9 hard-boiled eggs, ground
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. pimento, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

DRESSING:

1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. catsup

Mix all dressing ingredients and mix well. Combine all other ingredients. Add to dressing mixture. Stir well and chill several hours.
