SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 c. American cheese, grated
1 sm. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. evaporated milk
4 c. potatoes, sliced thin

Mix first 5 ingredients. Pour over potatoes. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until tender at 350 degrees.
