STRATA 
1/2 loaf bread
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 lbs. bacon, fried and crumbled
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard

Butter 9 x 13 inch pan. Cut crust off and cut each slice in thirds. Line with bread. Alternate layers, cheese and bacon. Combine eggs, milk, and mustard in blender and mix. Pour eggs over bacon and cheese. Cover and set 24 hours. Bake for 1 hour (350 degrees or 325 degrees for glass).

Alternative: Decrease bacon to 1 pound and add 10 ounce frozen, chopped spinach slightly thawed. Layer with cheese.
