ICE CREAM PARFAIT PIE | |
9 inch baked pie shell 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello 1 1/4 c. boiling water 1 pt. vanilla ice cream 1 c. drained, sliced strawberries Dissolve strawberry jello in boiling water. Spoon in ice cream and stir until melted. Place in refrigerator until thickened but not set (15-25 minutes). Fold in strawberries and pour into baked pie shell. Chill until firm. |
