PEA SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) box peas, thawed
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
3/4 c. almonds, slivered
3 (5 oz.) cans chow mein noodles
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. curry powder
Garlic salt to taste

Mix all ingredients together except for chow mein noodles. Toss. Add noodles immediately before serving.
