CHEESE-MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
6 slices bread, buttered and cubed
3/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 sm. jar stuffed olives, sliced
2 sm. cans mushrooms sliced and drained
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Layer of 2 cubed slices bread in casserole. Layer 1/2 cheese, layer 1/2 mushrooms, layer 1/2 olives. Repeat. End with 2 slices of bread. Over the layers pour mixture of:

4 beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered.
