3/4 lb. Canadian bacon
Whole cloves
1/2 c. brown sugar
Orange slices
2/3 c. cider
1 tbsp. French mustard

Place bacon in shallow roasting pan and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and garnish with orange slices held on by cloves. mix cider, mustard and brown sugar. Pour over bacon and bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes, basting frequently. Serves 8 to 10.
