TROPICAL FRUIT 'N NUT BARS 
1 (20-oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 envelopes knox gelatin
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup coconut

Drain pineapple. Sprinkle gelatin over juice. Let stand one minute. Stir over low heat until dissolved, about 5 minutes. Stir in honey, pineapple and remaining ingredients. Turn into 9x9-inch pan. Chill. Cut into bars. 16 servings.
