SALSA FRIA 
4 fresh tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. minced celery
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1/4 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. chopped mild green chilies
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Tortillas

Combine all ingredients except tortillas. Cover and chill. Several hours. Serve with tortillas.
