SLOPPY JOES 
Brown 2 1/2 pounds ground meat with 2 medium onions and 1 button of garlic. Add 2 (14 ounces) bottles ketchup, 2 teaspoons dry mustard, 2-3 tablespoons liquid smoke, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 4 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/4 cup sweet pickle vinegar (or sweet pickle juice), Tabasco sauce to taste (optional). Thin with water or tomato juice (2 cups). Add 1 tablespoon celery seed. Cook over low heat for 45 minutes. Stir occasionally.
