CHURCH WINDOW COOKIES 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (10 oz.) pkg. colored mini marshmallows
Coconut

Melt chocolate chips and butter in double boiler. Cool. Mix chopped pecans and marshmallows with chocolate mixture. Spread coconut on wax paper. Roll marshmallow-chocolate mixture in coconut. Shape into logs (makes 3-4 logs). Wrap in foil and keep in refrigerator, slice as needed. Will keep several weeks in refrigerator.
