CHRISTMAS BREAD 
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. flour
3/4 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. dried milk powder
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. water

1. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Stir in water. Mix well.

2. Grease bread pans. Divide dough evenly. Cover with aluminum foil, tightly.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes until tops are golden brown. Immediately remove from pan onto rack to cool.
