WHITE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 1/2 squares almond bark
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. nuts (pecans are best)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 c. maraschino cherries, cut

Melt almond bark. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add salt, buttermilk, flour and baking powder. Then add nuts, coconut and vanilla. Add cherries. Bake in three small loaf pans or 2 bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
