3 oz. pkg. lime Jello
1 c. water
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 pt. cream, whipped (or Dream Whip)
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Scald Jello in water; add marshmallows, sugar, lemon juice and cream cheese. Blend (I put this in my blender - does a nice job). Add pineapple, juice and all. When partially set, fold in whipped cream and nuts. Put in a bowl or greased mold.
