CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
2 cut up frying chickens 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup 3/4 c. raw rice, not cooked 2 cans mushroom soup 1 can evaporated milk Place raw chicken in shallow baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Pour mixture over chicken. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours with foil. Remove foil and bake 1/2 hour longer. Makes a delicious meal. |
