LEMON MUSTARD DRESSING 
1 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously until well blended. Tightly covered, it will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
