In 2 1/2 quart saucepan bring 3 cups water to a boil; turn heat off. Stir in 2 tablespoons Nescafe Instant Coffee powder, 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/16 teaspoon pepper, 1/8 teaspoon powdered ginger, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 2/3 cup dark corn syrup, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 2/3 cup dark corn syrup, 1 1/3 cup maple syrup, and 1 tablespoon LaChoy brown gravy sauce.
Blend well and refrigerate and let stand 24 hours. Remove 1 cup of this syrup and blend with 2 cups sugar, bringing to gently boil, stirring constantly time for 10 minutes. Add to first mixture from which you removed the original 1 cup.
To use add 3 tablespoons of this mixture to 6 ounces 7-Up. With 6 ounces club soda, use 4 tablespoons mix or to your own liking.
