MEATBALLS 
2 lb. hamburger
6 or 7 crackers (crumbled)
1 egg
3 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning

Bake 1 hour or until brown. Then marinate overnight with 2 quarts of spaghetti sauce over meatballs. Heat and serve. Great with spaghetti or serve as an appetizer with toothpicks.
