POLYNESIAN PORK BAKE 
6 pork chops
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten with 1/4 c. milk & 1 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. shortening
1/4 c. whole sesame seed
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (11 oz.) can drained Mandarin oranges
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can of water
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
Some green pepper slices for garnish

Dip pork chops in egg and milk mixture. Dredge in flour, sesame seed, salt and pepper mixture. Brown in shortening. Grease 9 x 13 cake pan and sprinkle dry rice on bottom; then green pepper and onion. Mix soup and water, pour over rice. Lay browned chops on top. Pour pineapple chunks and juice over all and garnish with orange slices and rest of green pepper cut in slices.

Bake covered for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Uncover last 15 minutes. 4 to 6 servings.
